In 2004, a new contract for General Practice was implemented across the UK. This new contract represented the Government’s continuing priority to improve patient access to primary medical care.
In response Yard set up a sub brand Yard medical and now produce low cost, high value websites for general practices throughout the UK. The websites provide patients with up-to-date surgery information, out of hours remote booking facilities and access to repeat their prescriptions.

The Sanctuary, Jumeriah Village, Dubai is the current property development project from Gulfstream. The hamlet represents a low cost, high quality development of around 1,000 homes; townhouses, apartments, penthouses and garden homes.
Currently selling off plan, Yard designed and developed an online brochure built in Flash. The site is pleasant to navigate, uses strong visuals and compelling copy, it illustrates key attributes of the architects designs and aims to convey what life would be like if one lived in The Sanctuary.
